After cleaning up the mobile home park where they live, friends Emily, Morgan, Amy, and Carlie are given an abandoned 1970s bus by the park manager, who lets them fix it up and use it as a club house, and when they discover some old books, records, and journals hidden on the bus, the girls are intrigued.
